Top Tips for a Great Day at Shoreham Airshow

  • Plan to arrive early and leave late - it'll make you day a lot less stressful and there's plenty to see and do before and after the flying display! Our Terminal Building is also open all day with full bar and restaurant facilities.
  • Drink plenty of water and cover up. It's forecast to be a fine weekend and our greatest number of casulties at our First Aid points are usually dehydrated and/or sunburnt!
  • Bring plenty of cash. Our ticket booths are Cash or Cheque only. Regrettably, we are unable to provide on-site cash machines this year.
  • Make sure you arrange a meeting point. There are plenty of landmarks to act as a meeting point from the Spitfire Ales Refuelling Point to our historic Terminal Building
  • GUIDE DOGS ONLY. Unless you own a guide dog, please leave your pets at home. Pets are not permitted on the showground and an airshow is not a good environment for them.
  • Airshows are noisy!. Many of the aircraft on display are very noisy. Please ensure your children have their ears protected. At various points during the display there were will pyrotechnic special effects too.
